§ 11. Judicial review.

Any person aggrieved or any taxpayer affected by a decision of the board of adjustment may present to a court of record a petition stating that the decision of the board of adjustment is illegal and specifying the grounds of the illegality as provided by and in accordance with the provisions of V.T.C.A. Local Government Code, § 241.041. This same right of appeal is extended to the governing bodies of the City of Taylor, Texas, and Williamson County, Texas.
