§ 16. Adherence with state laws.

Any actions brought forth by any person or taxpayer as a result of the administration, enforcement, or the contesting these regulations will be in accordance with the provisions of V.T.C.A. Local Government Code, § 241.001 et seq. and other applicable state laws.
