§ 4.2. Non-residential Property Development Standards

  • Table 4.2 summarizes the property development standards allowed within each non-residential zoning district. The table is intended for reference and does not necessarily reflect all of the regulations that may apply. In the event of conflict between Table 4.2 and the district regulations of Chapter 2, the text of the district regulations shall prevail.

    Screening and/or landscaping shall be placed along the perimeter of any district that is non-residential where it borders a residential district. The screening and/or landscaping shall be a minimum of six (6) feet and continuous in nature so as to not allow viewing through the obstruction and shall be maintained in good repair if structural or of a living material.

    Side setback adjoining residential district shall be ten (10) feet.
    Building height may increase to a maximum of eighty (80) feet at the rate of two feet of additional height for every one foot of additional set back from all required setbacks.
