§ 6.1. Off-Street Parking

Off-street parking and loading shall be provided in accordance with the regulations of this Chapter for all new development and for any existing development that is altered in anyway that enlarges or increases capacity by adding or creating dwelling units, guest rooms, floor area or seats. The Central Business District (B-3) is exempt from complying with the off-street parking requirements. Off-street parking spaces shall be provided in accordance with Table 6.1.
